I need some new drawing inspirations. I'm still wanting to rock out some semi-realism stuff, but I might want to try coloring some Manga or something. As an artist, I've never really liked doing sketching as much as doing lines (inking) or coloring etc. Anyone have some good lines they'd like me to try my hand at?!

So I found my Stylus! Yahoo! So I thought I had lost it in between traveling from home to work, but it had just fallen behind my bed. So yeah, I'm excited about doing some new drawings soon! Maybe some more realism-ish stuff. How ya guys doin'?

So now it's your turn to guess who that may be. Of course, my original style (or lack thereof) and the fact that this drawing (hint hint) is a semi-realism version of cartoon/anime/video game character, might give you some hint. Any guesses? I'm really nervous about the hair. I'm an incomplete artist. I need lessons!

Hey everyone! So here's the deal, I'm working on a drawing, but I'm stuck. I'm trying to create a nice background/environment, but I just don't know how to do it (minus the sky).

Soooooo, does anyone have any tips/tutorials that they can share on drawing/coloring wood, walls, grass, trees, water, bricks etc. I've tried searching to no avail here on DA. Also, if you have any resources here or another site that you think might help, that'd be awesome!

I'd love to be able to draw backgrounds like those brilliant Koreans who did Avatar (Last Airbender) and a few other good shows (FMA, Naruto, Bleach etc...) and would go crazy if you knew of any tutorials somewhere that taught that stuff.

I just realized it's been about 2 months since I rolled out a new journal entry! Dang sorry bros and peeps.

Well I hope my recent works have inspired you, captured your attention and stolen your hearts (I shoot for the stars as you can tell.) Well tons are going down my side. I've been trying to find some employment, and have been doing some networking in the industry and all sorts of things. I'm really pumped about what's going on!

I've got some comics in mind still (they're patiently waiting in a notepad document), and I'm dying to get them done. I've been spending a lot of my creative time on a few projects in attempts to get a job. I sent it in recently, so I hope to be freed up some to start working on them. I miss doing anime too. Dang I can't wait! I'm thinking I'll post another Borderlands comic up and maybe something else from Bleach.
